“PT PLN add Geothermal Power Plant for Illuminate Maluku”

PT PLN ( Persero ) increase the supply of electricity in the Maluku region to begin the process of construction of Geothermal Power Plant ( PLTP ) in Maluku Tulehudi capacity of 2 x 10 Mega Watt ( MW ) . (As reported by Liputan6.com , Jakarta)

Public Relations Manager of PT PLN ( Persero ) Dwiyanto Bambang said PLN remains committed to develope renewable energy in the electricity supply needs .

” Geothermal Power Development Tulehu is part of the construction project of 10,000 Mega Watt ( MW ) phase 2 which is being implemented by PLN , ” said Bambang , in Jakarta , Wednesday ( 11/20/2013 ) .   Commencement of construction of geothermal power plants by signing a contract engineering service for Tulehu PLTP 2 x 10 Mega Watt ( MW ) between PLN president director Nur Pamudji and representatives of West Japan Engineering Consultant ( West JEC ) , Hiroshi Nagano and President Director of PT Connusa Energindo , Kohar Sutomo .

According to him, the West JEC a joint venture with PT Connusa Energindo to carry out detailed engineering work for the service design and implementation of development projects Tulehu geothermal power plants .

” This shows that geothermal development process Tulehu Salahutu located in the District , Central Maluku regency , Maluku and run well , ” he said .   Bambang explained , engineering service work includes review and analysis of the results of studies such as engineering design .

Prequalification and tender documents and tender evaluation construction supervision contract negotiations . Post- construction services and transfer of science and technology .

According to him, the engineering services contract will be effective upon signature of the agreement on funding from JICA are scheduled in the near future .

PLN Tambah Pembangkit Panas Bumi buat Terangi Maluku

PT PLN (Persero) menambah pasokan listrik di wilayah Maluku dengan memulai proses pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (PLTP) di Tulehudi Maluku berkapasitas 2 x 10 Mega Watt (MW).

Manager Humas PT PLN (Persero) Bambang Dwiyanto mengatakan, PLN terus berkomitmen untuk mengembangkan energi terbarukan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasokan listrik.

“Pembangunan PLTP Tulehu ini merupakan bagian dari pembangunan proyek 10.000 Mega Watt (Mw) tahap 2 yang sedang dilaksanakan oleh PLN,” kata Bambang, di Jakarta, Rabu (20/11/2013).   Dimulainya pembangunan PLTP ditandai dengan penandatanganan kontrak engineering service untuk PLTP Tulehu 2 x 10 Mega Watt (MW) antara Direktur Utama PLN, Nur Pamudji dan wakil dari West Japan Engineering Consultant (West JEC), Hiroshi Nagano serta Presiden Direktur PT Connusa Energindo, Kohar Sutomo.

Menurut dia, West JEC melakukan joint venture dengan PT Connusa Energindo untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan engineering service untuk detail design dan implementasi pembangunan proyek PLTP Tulehu.

“Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembangunan PLTP Tulehu yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Salahutu, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, Propinsi Maluku berjalan dengan baik,” ungkapnya.   Bambang menjelaskan, pekerjaan engineering service meliputi review hasil studi dan analisis seperti desain enginering.

Prakualifikasi dan dokumen lelang lelang evaluasi dan negosiasi kontrak supervisi konstruksi. Layanan pasca konstruksi dan transfer ilmu dan teknologi.

Menurut dia, kontrak jasa enginering akan berlaku efektif setelah di tanda tangan perjanjian pendanaan dari JICA yang dijadwalkan dalam waktu dekat ini.

Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap lelang pengadaan kontraktor untuk membangun konstruksi pembangkit panas bumi Tulehu. “Pembangunan PLTP direncanakan selesai pada tahun 2016,” tuturnya.   Energi listrik yang dihasilkan oleh PLTP Tulehu direncanakan akan menjadi pemikul beban dasar listrik di kota Ambon dan sekitarnya.

“Saat ini beban puncak sub sistem kelistrikan Ambon sekitar 50 MW dan daya mampu pembangkit sekitar 56 MW. Pertumbuhan permintaan listrik di Ambon rata-rata 12 % per tahun,” pungkasnya.

Program kelistrikan tahap dua (Fastrack Programe /FTP) 10 ribu Mw II merupakan program pemerintah untuk mempercepat kelistrikan, mayoritas pembangkit tersebut bersumber energi baru terbarukan (ebt). (Pew/Nur)
